The Reality of Food FDA approved Additive List (Part A)

As salam walakum wa rahmatuAllahi,

Good Morning, Evening, and or Afternoon. I hope this reaches you all in good health and blessed. It’s continuing to get cooler here. Feels excellent, with even some rain and thunder here and there! It’s beautiful.

Today, I would like to talk about food preservatives & additives.

What are food Preservatives? Are chemicals and drugs that are used. to preserve food, enhance food, and some chemicals and drugs given to animals that seep in to our food. We need to know then., What they can cause So we know how to protect our self and our families.

In history, people would preserve food with

  • Pickling
  • Smoking
  • Canning
  • Fermentation
  • With salt
  • Drying
  • Ways of storying to keep over winter

Though we still use these practices today, many factories, corporations, and food companies turn to food preservatives to make it easier on them and, frankly, cheaper to make as much money as possible.

At what cost? What if any are the side effects? So, let’s dive deep (Research done by me) into what preservatives are, how they are used, and what happens to us when eating them.
